Briefings are designed for institutional leadership — the executives accountable for AI governance at the board and C-suite level. Attendees typically include some combination of the following, depending on the institution's current AI governance priorities:
- Board and Governance — Board members and audit, risk, or technology committee chairs carrying fiduciary oversight responsibility for AI governance decisions.
- Executive Leadership — Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer evaluating AI infrastructure strategy, capital commitment, and operational dependency risk.
- Legal and Compliance — General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer assessing regulatory exposure, contractual rights over AI provider relationships, and fiduciary obligation alignment.
- Technology and Risk — Chief Information Officer, Chief Information Security Officer, and Chief Risk Officer responsible for the technical governance, data sovereignty, and operational resilience of AI infrastructure.
- Investment Leadership — Chief Investment Officer and investment committee members at asset owners, asset managers, and wealth managers where AI is contributing to investment decisions and client outcomes.
No single briefing requires all of these participants. The right attendees are those for whom the five board questions on the AI Assessment page do not yet have confident answers.

FIVE DIAGNOSTIC QUESTIONS.

It is complimentary for qualifying institutions, takes 45 to 60 minutes to complete, and produces a governance profile that makes the conversation specific rather than general.
